Work is kicking my booty so just stopping by to drop my tracker. 9 days in and I’m still going strong, and it’s funny because I didn’t realize that I actually missed tracking. It really helps you to feel in control.

I stumbled again today…too many afternoon snacks and not a very healthy dinner..argh. I need to figure out how to stay focused.

The important thing to remember is that you are acknowledging it. The problem comes in when we ignore the fact that we are stumbling and need help. You are on your way!

I’m glad to see your posts every day. It’s been a crazy summer where I was doing great but fell off the wagon when life got stressful. I was toying with freestyle and got into the habit of snacking being ok all day long since it was “free” foods. I’ve always known that snacking was my
Nemesis, but I let myself forget. No more BLTs (bites, licks, tastes) for me. Back on track!
