A 36 Point Day – Right Back at It

So when I got back from vacation did I severely restrict my calories?  Nope.  I went right back to my maintenance points and the 2 pounds I gained on vacation are naturally falling off.


Breakfast:  9 Smartpoints


1/2 cup egg beaters, veggies, 2 tsp oil oil, and 3 turkey sausage links, diced.  2 Smartpoints worth of creamer for my coffee.

Snack:  2 Smartpoints


Sea Salt Roasted Broad Beans

Lunch:  5 Smartpoints


Taco salad with 4 ounce 96% lean ground beef, lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, and light sour cream mixed with salsa for the “dressing”.  Delicious!

Snack:  0 Smartpoints

1 Orange

Dinner:  13 Smartpoints


It’s been cold and this is perfect! I had 1 1/2 servings.  My Instant Pot Chicken Pot Pie Soup.

Snack:  7 Smartpoints

Skinny Cow No Sugar Added Ice Cream Sandwich and Individual Bag of Skinny Pop Popcorn.
