Non Fat Greek Yogurt 1 serving (some are a cup, some are 2/3) 2 Smartpoints
PB2 – 2 Tablespoons 2 Smartpoints
1/2 cup frozen blueberries (I like the Wild Blueberries – they are smaller)
This is probably the easiest recipe I will ever have on here. Just mix it all up. That’s it.
Now I wait and put my blueberries in before I leave for work. I like them to be a little frozen still, but some like it when they are completely defrosted so you have to decide how you like it for yourself.
Also, it does have a tang to it so you might want to add a stevia packet. Sometimes if I have points left and I’ll eat it for a treat at night and I’ll add two stevia packets and it really makes it taste like dessert!
