Work is kicking my booty so just stopping by to drop my tracker. 9 days in and I’m still going strong, and it’s funny because I didn’t realize that I actually missed tracking. It really helps you to feel in control.

  1. I stumbled again today…too many afternoon snacks and not a very healthy dinner..argh. I need to figure out how to stay focused.

  2. I’m glad to see your posts every day. It’s been a crazy summer where I was doing great but fell off the wagon when life got stressful. I was toying with freestyle and got into the habit of snacking being ok all day long since it was “free” foods. I’ve always known that snacking was my
    Nemesis, but I let myself forget. No more BLTs (bites, licks, tastes) for me. Back on track!
